WU: Review movements
Workout: Grab a teammate (or 2 or 3… whatever…) and rock this out for time:
100 burpees
1 mile run
200 AKB swings 53/35
1 mile run
300 situps
1 mile run
All teammates run.
Split the reps amongst teammates any way you wish.
Teams must complete all reps of the movement before moving on to the next movement.
One teammate works at a time.
Option 1: Weights and subs of choice.
