Our goal at CTF is to make it absolutely impossible for you to not work toward the best version of yourself, and our group classes are merely the beginning; the foundation.
Anybody, member or non-member of CTF, has the ability to work with any one of our coaches for thirty minutes at a time of day of your choice and on your own, unique individual goals.
We have assembled a diverse staff of great coaches to help you in a wide variety of categories: Mindset, Nutrition (Fat Loss/Sports Performance/Gaining Lean Mass), Mobility, Rehabilitation, Meditation, Yoga, Endurance, Weightlifting, Obstacle Course Racing, Tactical, Sports Specific, CrossFit and Masters.
