WU: Review Pushups.
In Teams of 2: 6 rounds for reps and 400m splits:
Max Double Unders in :60 (both teammates can move at the same time)
Max Partner Pushups per team (Do like the video: except do full range of motion pushups; as soon as you rest, your pushups are completed)
400m run (as soon as both teammates complete the 400m run, the clock stops for that round)
Rest :60 (begin rest period once both teammates have completed the 400m run)
